Kelly M. Bray

How does this fall within the purview of the Osage Gaming Enterprise Board? How is it directly connected to gaming? Also this quote brings up interesting questions. Below is a quote from he old OSA blog about this situation. The author was a member of the 30th council.

"When we bought the adjacent land for the casino we had to have the airport decommissioned by the FAA because we could not build anything over forty feet high close to the runway. If they have the airpark recommissioned that will eliminate us from ever building a hotel due to height restrictions on buildings around the airport. They need to look back at the paperwork and why this was done back when the original parcel of land was purchased by the 30th Council. Maybe something has changed since then but I doubt it."
